We have delivered over €2 billion in debt financing since 2022, with a particular focus on data centres and energy, our debt and refinancing specialists (and technical and modelling) are experienced in assisting every type of client at every stage of construction. Our team's long track record includes many of the world's most complex, demanding and transformational assignments.  Our team has been able to stand up some of Europe's fastest growing data centre companies, future proofing their capital structure, avoiding the need to dilute equity and manage refinancing risks. This scale and expertise gives us unique access to the performance and strategy of the full spectrum of debt capital providers. 

In advising companies on capital raising we often advise on the sale of existing shares as part of an overall process to enable founders to unlock value creation. It is often advisable to do this before the risk of significant dilution kicks in. As part of this exercise BCA can use its relatively unique experience and access to equity valuation benchmarks to negotiate a fair price and structure for any share sale terms. We provide boards and management teams with independent judgment and deep expertise. We also advise as to the timing, structure, financing, and pricing of a proposed transaction as well as assist in negotiating and closing the deal and aiming to exceed our clients goals.
